Where to Find Tatto Designs

Finding great tatto designs online is harder than you might think. You can search through google images or flikr etc but what you will usually find are a bunch of photos of other peoples tattoo art. This is OK if you are just searching for ideas and inspiration.

The hard part is finding the tatto design stencil once you have decided what you want. You want a flash with stencit that you can take directly to the tatto artist to get inked. If you just take a photo that you found, the tatto artist will have to create the stencil, taking time and costing you money.

You can just goto the tatto shop and pick a design "off the wall" but their catalog will be somewhat limited compared to the massive tatto design libraries you can get online. The best sites with the biggest tatto design libraries are the ones that charge a nominal fee for access ($20-$35) but they are great and you certainly get your moneys worth.

• ChopperTatttoo.com ($20 for membership)This site has the biggest library of tatto designs and has the biggest following. The cost of access is not very hight when you really think about it.

There are also some FREE options but keep in mind, you get what you pay for...

• TribalShapesThis site has a number of tatto designs in 9 categories. There is advertising on their site which is how they pay the bills I guess. Not bad if you just wat to have a look around for basic inpiration.
